The forces
are akin to those in BuildPrototypes and IterativeDevelopment; early feedback is
needed. Here, the feedback is needed in
aspects of development process, probably in addition to aspects of the requirements
and the technology. Run a small project
end-to-end, to gather some information on all aspects of the process. Where prepared to take the hit of
re-organization based on the feedback (see StableRoles),
and potential re-work of the product, an alternative approach could be EarlyAndRegularDelivery.
